Responsibilities
Execute Perfect Store and win the last five yards within the Territory
Drive Sales Growth, Share of Shelf, On-Shelf Availability, Perfect Planograms, Promotional Execution, Incremental Touchpoints and key events & seasons
Report executional feedback and insights from the field to Regional, State GEMs and HQ
Experiences & Qualifications
Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred but not essential
Full Driver's Licence
Skills
Sales – ability to increase top-line growth by influencing customers to adopt larger and faster Unilever initiatives
Negotiation – understand negotiation approaches and drive improved commercial outcomes at the customer, category and Unilever levels
Customer Relationship – deeply understand retailers and the channel, and collaborate effectively
Executional Excellence – deliver flawless execution of key business drivers and growth through Perfect Store and other priorities
Category Growth Management – understand how CGM meets shopper and customer needs, delivering growth for Unilever and its customers
