Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in North Ryde, NSW. The individual will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and providing quality support to ensure satisfaction and an excellent experience. Their daily tasks will include managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, handling phone and in-person inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of customer-facing processes.
