* Meet with new and existing clients at the display home to showcase our offerings.
* Determine and address client needs by providing tailored solutions.

* Ensure the display home is well-presented and meets high standards.
* Work a standard 5-day week, with flexibility for occasional weekend work.
* Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
* Significant experience in land sales and house and land packages.
* Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Established relationships with builders and expertise in generating and managing sales leads.
