The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves helping clients bring their vision to life.
You'll play a key role in guiding customers through their colour selections and ensuring they enjoy a smooth and positive building experience.
Your responsibilities will include :
Guiding clients through the colour selection process, helping them choose finishes and fixtures that suit their style and budget.
Providing high-quality customer service throughout the pre-construction phase.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure selections are processed accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining a strong understanding of product ranges and interior design trends.
Assisting with administrative tasks to support the wider customer service team.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you will have :
Strong customer service or client-facing experience (construction or design experience highly regarded but not essential).
A friendly, professional, and approachable communication style.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
A genuine interest in home design, interiors, or helping clients create their dream home.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
