Job Summary
This is a role that involves handling export data, creating draft documentation and assisting with coordination to ensure timely shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Entry: Support the team by entering container and seal information into our system.
* Packing Order Preparation: Prepare packing orders for shipments in a timely manner.
* Document Coordination: Assist with draft export document preparation, including invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
* Shipping Line Communication: Submit data to shipping lines for draft bills of lading.
* Quality Control: Check export documentation and file as required.

* Export Documentation: Understanding and knowledge of export documentation.
* Team Player: Ability to work in a team environment.
* Administrative Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* Previous Experience: Previous administration experience.
