Quality Management Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate safety, quality, and risk management processes within Addiction and Mental Health Services. As a Quality Support Officer, you will lead and manage quality and safety initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* You will utilize applications such as CIMHA, Office 365 (SharePoint, Forms), and RiskMan to support data management and reporting.
* Provide administrative oversight of clinical incidents, open disclosure, patient safety notifications, and service improvement documentation.
* Support quality and safety committees and projects, assisting the Director, Safety Quality & Improvement Support Unit.
This full-time role offers an opportunity to impact person-centered care through coordination, reporting, and quality improvement projects across multiple sites.
About You
You are a motivated and skilled professional with experience in quality management, risk coordination, and data-driven decision-making within healthcare or mental health services.
* Strong knowledge of quality management, safety, and risk systems in healthcare settings.
* Proficient in data management and reporting using databases, spreadsheets, and relevant software.
* Ability to innovate and resolve problems with a solution-focused mindset.
