Service Technician Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units, including preventative service and break-downs in a timely manner. This will involve working at the customer's site and adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain professional level of customer service with all clients and customers.
* Able to maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets, and any other administrative components.
Requirements:
* Current Driver's licence.
* Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).
* Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry.

* Show good diagnostic and repair skills.
* Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-motivation.
* Display well-developed mechanical aptitude.
* Manage time effectively with the ability to work independently.
* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

This is a permanent full-time position based out of our Townsville Branch, where you will be working closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our customers.
