Quality Engineer - Role Description
Solid experience in manual and automated testing
Proficiency in automation tools – Tosca, Tosca Agentic AI, Jenkins, GitHub
Experience with qTest test management tool
Experience with Agile and DevOps environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor junior testers and contribute to process improvement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Develop and maintain automated functional test scripts for ST and Regression testing.
Ensure all test automation is implemented as per the TCoE QE guidelines/framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
Log and track defects, working closely with developers for resolution.
Manage test environments and create necessary test data.
Report test results and quality metrics in line with the TCoE standards and processes.
Digital Specific
Ability to work independently
Experience and understanding of agile methodology
Hands-on experience with mobile apps/web testing
Knowledge of AEM CMS – Adobe Experience Manager
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Experience with API testing and tools – Postman
Experience with Charles proxy tool or similar
