The role of a Lifestyle Coordinator is to deliver engaging, meaningful, and varied programs that positively impact residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement high-quality lifestyle programs catering to diverse resident needs
* Collaborate with colleagues to create effective care plans
* Provide exceptional support and care to residents with complex needs
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and grooming
Requirements:
* Experience in aged care or a related field
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
* Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
* Police Check within 12 months
