Your day will include:
* Conducting detailed buyer consultations to understand goals and preferences.
* Researching and presenting on-market and off-market opportunities.
* Leveraging strong market knowledge to match clients with ideal properties.
* Negotiating confidently to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
* Managing deals from initial search through to settlement.
* Building long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business.

About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Buyers Agent
* Hold a Certificate of Registration or License (Class 1 or 2).
* Confident purchasing property for investor clients.
* Strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and natural relationship builder.
* Self-motivated, professional, and a respected senior presence within a team.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a growth mindset.
