Role

Kegger Operator

Our keg line runs year-round, supplying beer to pubs, clubs, and stadiums across Australia. We're looking for a physically fit and reliable Keg Operator to join our close-knit production team — whether you're just starting out in manufacturing or bringing years of experience with you.

You'll be part of a supportive team with experienced operators who take pride in what they do and are invested in helping new members find their feet.

About The Role

As a Keg Operator, you\'ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our kegging line — filling, sealing, inspecting, and preparing kegs for distribution. It\'s repetitive, physically demanding work — you\'ll be on your feet for the duration of your shift, manoeuvring heavy kegs throughout the day. It suits someone who takes pride in putting in a hard day\'s work and showing up consistently to do it again.

You\'ll need to be comfortable manoeuvring kegs (rolling kegs up to approximately 63kg) and working in a fast-paced production environment with rotating day and night shifts. The role also involves moving pallets of empty kegs and finished goods around the line, so a forklift licence is a plus — though not essential to start.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor the kegging line, including filling, sealing, and labelling
* Inspect kegs for cleanliness, integrity, and quality compliance
* Clean and maintain equipment to HACCP and food safety standards
* Manoeuvre kegs safely throughout the facility
* Move empty keg and finished goods pallets around the line (forklift, where licensed)
* Identify and escalate equipment issues as needed
* Adhere to all health, safety, and PPE requirements

Skills and Experiences

What We\'re Looking For

* Physical fitness and ability to manoeuvre kegs up to approximately 63kg
* Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic
* Safety awareness and good hygiene habits
* Availability for rotating day/night shifts, including weekends
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Desirable

* Experience in brewing, beverage packaging, or FMCG manufacturing
* Basic mechanical aptitude
* High-risk forklift licence (LF)
* First-aid certificate

To apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
