Graduate Test Automation Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Graduate Test Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, building and executing automated tests to ensure software quality.
The ideal candidate will have completed or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, such as Software Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology or Computer Science. Additionally, they should be an Australian Citizen and willing to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret AGSVA security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and write code to create automated test scripts and frameworks
* Run automated test cases and analyze the results to identify any defects or bugs
* Document and report bugs to the development team using bug tracking systems and maintain a database of known issues
* Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and fix issues
* Continuously update and improve existing test cases and automation frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability
* Configure and maintain test environments across different environments
* Set up continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle
* Participate in formal testing events, including Acceptance Test and Evaluation (AT&E) activities
