The opportunity
Regent Pumps is looking for an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/BDM for WA to join our team in Bibra Lake, WA. As Sales Manager/BDM, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth across Western Australia, playing a key role in the company's continued success.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts
2. Maintain and build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
3. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
4. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
5. Work with head office sales internal team for best outcomes for the business.
What we're looking for
1. Proven track record of success in new business development and sales, ideally within the pumps or industrial equipment industry
2. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
3. Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
4. Highly motivated and driven, with a competitive spirit and a results-oriented mindset
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
6. Must have a drivers licence.
