We're looking for a Systems Administrator to join our IT team at Adrad Group. Whether you're a Support pro ready to step up, or an experienced SysAdmin after a fresh challenge, this role will see you working across a wide range of technologies to keep our business running smoothly and securely.

What you'll be doing
* Managing Microsoft Entra ID, Intune & SharePoint
* Supporting Windows Server environments (2016–2022)
* Administering IT management tools including HaloITSM, Ninja, Lansweeper, and Airwatch
* Supporting networks across Unifi, Aruba, Meraki, and Palo Alto Prisma
* Working with virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V and Nutanix AHV)
* Implementing and maintaining security controls in line with ISO27001, ACSC Essential 8, and SMB1001
* Providing Level 2–3 support and contributing to IT projects, upgrades, and migrations
* Collaborating with business teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient systems
What we're looking for
* 5+ years' experience in systems administration or similar
* Solid technical knowledge across Microsoft cloud & server platforms
* Strong networking and IT management toolset experience
* Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO27001, Essential 8, or SMB1001
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
It's a bonus if you have experience with
* ERP & business systems like Pronto, MicroPay, ConnX & Momentum
* Industry knowledge in Managed Services, Warehousing, Distribution, or Manufacturing
