Project Coordinator & Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled project coordinator and project manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating design activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate design activities to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, program, and client expectations.
* Support and collaborate effectively with project and design managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful client experience in project delivery.
* Assist with project delivery tasks, including proposal preparation, project documentation, and tracking project progress.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in project management and contract administration, engineering, or business to deliver successful outcomes.
* Understanding of project governance structures, construction methodologies, and risk management.
* Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
