Silver Chain has an exciting opportunity available for an Innovation Program Analyst to join their Future Care Team. This role will support Digitally Enabled Care (DEC) initiatives, projects, strategy and delivery to ensure current and future services are contemporary and deliver meaningful outcomes and impacts that are grounded in end user needs.
- Key accountabilities:
- Drive and coordinate DEC initiatives to ensure project delivery targets are met
- Track and support communications and reporting on DEC initiatives
- Draft and present high-quality collateral (including innovation opportunity reports, reverse briefs, project plans, business requirements, various PowerPoint slides)
- Research, summarise and present information on policy and strategy implications for Future Care, including market trends, emerging technology and practice case studies
- Support program functions; analysis, opportunity andrationale definition, financial projections and business case development
- Develop recommendations, insights and briefings on innovation learnings for stakeholders
- Organise and run DEC meetings and workshops
- Requirements gathering
- Support collaboration with industry and strategic partners
- Selection criteria:
- Relevant tertiary level qualifications
- Passion for healthcare and technology
- Experience within digital/virtual care
- Strong research and analysis skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, budgets and deadlines
- Demonstrated critical thinking and planning skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team
- Strong organisation skills
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management/business analysis
- Familiarity with Agile, Human Centred Design and Lean ways of working
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel Australia-wide
