Retail Store Manager
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy retail store. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Lead and coordinate staff, including training, rostering, and performance monitoring.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace health safety standards are met.
* Oversee stock control, receiving deliveries, and managing inventory levels.
* Assist with staff scheduling, cash handling, reconciliation, and daily sales reporting.
* Implement operational procedures and quality standards.
* Support management in achieving sales targets and overall business objectives.
