About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer ready to take the next big step in their legal career. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about reaching senior positions within a respected team.

Key matters you'll handle include
* Property settlements, complex financial agreements and asset divisions
* Parenting disputes, custody matters, and child support arrangements
* Divorce, spousal maintenance, and de facto separations
* Mediation, negotiation, and litigation for high-net-worth clients

Key Requirements
* At least 5+ years of experience in Family Law
* Current Australian practising certificate
* Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage files independently
