**How will I help?**
Working within our HR Services team, reporting to the Group Head of Learning Services, this role will assist to manage the relationships and agreements for all external suppliers of the Learning Services function. The role requires solid project management expertise and the ability to form strong working relationships with Procurement and External Suppliers.
The role will also co-ordinate Learning Services finance activities including invoice management for Learning Services cost centres.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the implementation of the Learning Services supplier performance framework and partnering closely with the business division engagement leads to ensure its success
- Supporting the Senior Manager Enterprise Delivery and Service Excellence with appropriate vendor research, analysis and recommendations
- Managing contract execution process for all SOWs with Learning Service preferred suppliers
- Building strong working relationships with key vendors, business stakeholders, to support the supplier engagement process
- Working with Group Procurement to achieve sustainable commercial outcomes for the business and Learning Services
- Gathering feedback and reviewing performance of existing vendors against agreed performance indicators and service level agreements
- Developing and maintaining a 12-month calendar/plan to ensure timely vendor management, reviews and project execution
- Providing coordination, management and influencing of processes and projects across Learning Services
- Acting as the internal and external central point of contact for vendor management
- Ownership and maintenance of Learning Services OBi page
