As an Aboriginal Engagement Leader, you will play a key role in promoting awareness and understanding of Aboriginal culture within our organization.
Our team is dedicated to building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring culturally safe practices are embedded throughout the agency.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to promote Aboriginal culture and increase engagement with Aboriginal communities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure effective communication.
* Provide guidance and support to employees on culturally safe practices and protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong knowledge of Aboriginal culture and history.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
