About our Client We're working with a well-known WA-based organisation undergoing major digital transformation, particularly across artificial intelligence, new technologies, and enterprise-wide systems change.
They're expanding their internal change capability and looking for a hands-on Change Manager to join a well-established delivery team.
You'll be working alongside two existing Change Managers as part of a collaborative, fast-moving, and outcomes-focused group.
Strategic direction is provided by the head of portfolio, but you'll be expected to work autonomously, manage your own initiatives, and drive practical delivery across complex stakeholder environments.
What you'll be doing Leading business change management (BCM) activities across a portfolio of digital, AI and tech initiatives.Working closely with project leads and internal business units to understand impacts and embed sustainable change.Designing and executing communication, engagement, and training plans.Influencing and coaching stakeholders to drive adoption and capability uplift.Who we're looking for Proven experience as a Change Manager – mid level (aligned to peers in team).Someone who can problem-solve independently, adapt quickly, and match the energy of a high-output, fast-thinking team.Background in higher education or large enterprise is desirable but not essential.Familiarity with Agile delivery, ADKAR or PROSCI frameworks.Strong stakeholder and communication skills.Why this opportunity?
