As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
* Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
* Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

Goodstart Moonee Beach offers a fantastic sea change for those looking to embrace the beautiful Mid North Coast lifestyle while stepping into a rewarding leadership position. We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Centre and Assistant Directors who are ready to advance their leadership journey.
* Full time, 12 month fixed-term position
* 51-place centre with 3 rooms: nursery, toddlers and kindergarten/pre-school.
* Operating and established in 2004. Exceeding centre since 2021.
* Enjoying working between operating hours from 7am – 6pm.

You'll need:
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
* Experience with leading and managing change within education
* Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
