We are a fast‐growing organisation specialising in industrial engineering products, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales / Storeperson to join our Kalgoorlie branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands‐on environment, has a passion for customer service, and thrives in a team‐focused workplace.
What your Day to Day will look like:
* Assist in the daily Stores and Sales operations.
* Build relationships with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery and account queries.
* Support inventory management and stock handling as required.
* Be the first point of contact for the branch and serve the customers.

Who are you?
* 6–12 months' experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations.
* A current driver's licence – essential.
* Mechanical aptitude – knowledge of bearings and power transmission products will be highly regarded.
* Intermediate computer skills, including Outlook and general systems use.
* A willingness to participate in ongoing training and embrace new ideas.
* A strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
* A demonstrated commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to perform duties in accordance with Company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
