You will be responsible for sales activities and meeting sales targets for the region through the implementation of aggressive, direct end-user selling techniques and further develop the business by identifying new opportunities within the medical market.This position reports to the National Sales Manager Medical and is part of the medical team located in New South Wales or Victoria and will be fully remote.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Conduct demonstrations and support clinical trials as necessary.Sell LMS products into the medical industry.Facilitate the sales activities and monitor sales performance of the customer base.Monitor competitive activities and customer responses and provide feedback to management.Seek new opportunities to grow the medical business.The essential requirements of the job include:Minimum 5 years demonstrated sales experience with medical capital equipment or an in-depth understanding of medical and healthcare systems.Degree qualified in Nursing, Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Experience engaging with hospital staff, surgeons, nurses, and biomedical engineering and procurement.Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.Fluent in English written and oral.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel – 40% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Working in a neurosurgical environment, particularly in neurosurgery and theatres.Join our winning team today.
