ASET work collaboratively with Emergency Department staff to achieve optimal care and management of the elderly patient.ASET team assess and identify complex issues inclusive of frailty, and refer and facilitate access to other relevant services if medically cleared from the Emergency Department.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience.Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development.Demonstrated experience in leading and initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcomes.Need more information?Click here for the Position DescriptionFind out more about applying for this positionFor role related queries or questions contact Scott Browning on Scott.Browning@health.nsw.gov.auThis is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases.
