About Capital Pathology
Capital Pathology is a quality driven pathology service provider, focusing on professional excellence, reliability, excellent customer service and business integrity. Our main laboratory is based in Deakin, Canberra and we can provide employees with the opportunity to become part of an Australian wide medical testing laboratory network focused on leadership and expert advice. We provide services to medical practitioners, private hospitals and aged care facilities in both the ACT and regional surrounds (Southern Tablelands, Snowy Mountains and South Coast NSW).
The Opportunity
We have a part time position available for self-motivated and energetic person who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can interact well with people, demonstrate high level verbal and written communication skills, and have a passion for delivering quality outcomes for customers and the organisation.
Day to Day duties include:
* Promote and Display our values at all times
* Receiving visitors in a professional manner by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately as well as accurately answering, screening and directing incoming telephone calls or relaying messages as applicable.
* Receiving, sorting and delivering of mail internally,
* Ordering supplies and providing administrative assistance to the accounts receivable and administration teams.
* Perform basic accounts receivable tasks.
Applicants should possess the following:
* Experience in a customer service environment
* Superior written and communication skills
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills as well as computer literacy
* Availability between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00 for 10-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
* You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work
