Completion of a recognised ICD-10-AM coding course or relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Health Information Management (with a clinical coding component). Demonstrated detailed understanding of DRG assignment and the relationship between Clinical Coding and Activity Based Funding. Demonstrated attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
