As we scale rapidly across Australia and the US, our production and logistics engine is more important than ever. We're now looking for a sharp, highly organised and proactive Production & Logistics Assistant to support our Production Manager with the flow of product start to finish.

What you'll be doing
* Communicating with offshore factories and following up on samples, approvals and timelines
* Updating and maintaining production schedules from sampling through to bulk
* Preparing packing lists, allocations and carton breakdowns
* Supporting freight bookings, air vs sea coordination, and shipment tracking
* Assisting with PO creation and reconciling supplier and freight invoices
* Keeping internal systems and digital files up to date and accurate
* Preparing dispatch documents and shipping instructions for wholesale orders
* Ensuring orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time across AU and US markets
* Collaborating with design, warehouse, wholesale and logistics teams to keep everything aligned
What you'll bring
* 1–2 years' experience in production admin, wholesale or supply chain logistics or fashion operations
* Strong attention to detail and confidence working with spreadsheets
* Clear, professional communication, especially with overseas suppliers and freight partners
* A calm, practical approach to troubleshooting and process management
* A super quick, proactive working style and an eagerness to learn how product moves from concept to shelf
* A genuine interest in learning how great product gets made, packed and delivered
