Key Responsibilities:
* Perform inspections, maintenance, and repair of fire systems in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
* Identify and address any issues or non-compliance discovered during inspections.
* Accurately complete reports and documentation for all work undertaken.
* Stay abreast of the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Fire Technician or in a similar fire protection role.
* Solid understanding of fire protection systems.
* Familiarity with Australian Standards and applicable fire safety regulations.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* A valid driver's licence.
* Trade licence (highly regarded).
* FPA Australia Accreditation.
