Territory Sales Manager Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to assume a Territory Sales Manager position in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer retention in the region.
Main Responsibilities
* Secure and retain customers to achieve sales, service, and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market
* Enhance portfolio profitability through effective price and contract management
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers and prospects
* Establish mutually rewarding relationships with customers
* Provide technical assistance and deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Collaborate with internal departments and plants to drive results
Skill Requirements
* Strong selling and business development skills, including negotiation
* Knowledge of price and contract management
* Experience growing existing accounts and generating new leads
* Excellent time management and initiative-taking skills
* Natural negotiator with excellent communication skills
* Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license (essential)
