Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to join our team in Victoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of occupational health, safety and environment for Nestl's operations in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and relevant experience in a factory operations role. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and self-motivated, with a proven capacity to work effectively within a team environment.
The HSE Coordinator will report to the HSE Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of the factory's HSE strategy and program, monitoring and communicating on performance to improve decision making, and ensuring compliance with all company principles, policies and HSE requirements.
The role will involve developing and sustaining a local network, implementing, controlling, maintaining and improving the factory HSE management systems, and providing support to the HSE Manager and line managers to achieve the factory's HSE objectives.
The successful candidate will also be involved in the factory's HSE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action and auditing, as well as ensuring a focus on CTF/BBS and culture.

Requirements
