Receptionist – Auto Classic BMW (Melville)
Auto Classic BMW is moving to a new location in Melville — and we're looking for a confident, polished, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our dealership group, representing BMW, MINI, and Motorrad.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming customers into our new Melville showroom with warmth and professionalism.
Managing a busy switchboard and directing enquiries to the right teams.
Supporting sales and service with appointment bookings and admin tasks.
Maintaining a polished and organised front-of-house environment.
Assisting with dealership events, hospitality and customer experience moments.
General administration and ad-hoc support across departments.
What we're looking for
A friendly, well-presented communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Previous reception, hospitality or customer service experience.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask confidently.
Professional phone manner and solid computer skills.
Someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, premium brand environment.
Hours & Availability
This is a full-time role, with some Wednesday evenings and occasional Saturday shifts required.
These extended hours are compensated with time off during the week.
