About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Manager to join our growing residential property team in Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident professional who can manage a well-maintained portfolio while providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
You will play a key leadership role within the property management department, overseeing day-to-day operations and mentoring junior staff where required.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a residential property
• Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears control
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trades
• Handle tribunal matters through the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT)
• Ensure compliance with QLD tenancy legislation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Provide guidance and support to junior property managers

About You
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in residential property management
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Full Licence
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (QLD)
• Experience managing tribunal matters
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
