Admin Officer
Position Purpose
1. To provide high quality customer service to Recovre customers and internal stakeholders.
2. To provide a high level of customer service to consultants and Managers to drive productivity and efficiencies.
3. To respond/action emails as they come into the hub inbox in a timely manner.

In this role you will be responsible for:
9. Customer service – External customers; Develop and grow strong external customer relationships.Promote of culture of improvement within the CSO team through process improvement or efficiency.Understand the range of Recovre services to support the business where appropriate.
10. Customer service – Internal customers/Support to consultants and Managers; Assist consultants and managers to provide an excellent level of service to our customers and generate repeat business.Search for and communicate ways to improve customer serviceFile management – including assisting with consultant case activities where appropriate e.g. funding requests
11. General Office Administration; Undertake relevant administrative tasks to ensure office runs smoothly and staff are able to undertake their daily tasks.Ensure high productivity of all staff through efficient and well organised administrative processes and activities.Manage invoices including equipment invoicing, supplier and contractor invoices in procurement.
12. Document management; Ensure appropriate and efficient document management including file make (where applicable), storage/archiving and retrieving files.Undertake and produce relevant documentation via typing and word processing activities as requested.
13. Report generation; Generate reports as required for customers or internal reporting, e.g. outcomes, productivity, BI tool, Workcover/Insurer Statistics/reporting.Review relevant reports to ensure high level of customer service i.e. unallocated cases.
14. Project /Specific task management; Undertake project work as negotiated with Team Leader and state / regional manager e.g., Case management system roll out.

26. Past experience in a corporate environment would be advantageous given our position within the Marsh Australia business and daily use of their internal systems.
