This role plays a critical part in supporting regional operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

* Manage inventory and store operations effectively.
* Provide exceptional general administration and customer support services.
* Accurately record data entry and manage documents with attention to detail.
* Assist with facility and property management tasks efficiently.
* Handle procurement and financial administration duties skillfully.
* Support payroll processing and HR queries confidently.
* Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and corporate standards at all times.


Requirements

* Prior experience in administration and customer service within a multi-disciplinary environment.
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP) are essential.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills are mandatory.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively is required.
* Current WA C class driver's licence is necessary.
