You will have the opportunity to build partnerships and implement innovative healthcare initiatives, fostering collaboration among institutions, agencies, and individuals. This role enables you to contribute to the CERSH vision, ensuring quality sexual health care is accessible to all rural Victorians. Have experience in primary healthcare management in rural environments, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to developing primary healthcare initiatives and partnerships. Have a relevant tertiary qualification or experience in primary healthcare management in rural settings. Demonstrate experience in delivering primary healthcare initiatives for clinical professionals. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering partnerships to achieve goals. Exhibit excellent organisational and time management skills. The department partners with over forty Victorian rural communities to provide professional health education and research training in a rural context with an aim to increase the rural health workforce. The Department also receives funding for the Centre for Excellence in Rural Sexual Health (CERSH) from the Victorian Government, Department of Health. In this role you'll be at the forefront of improving clinical sexual health services in rural Victoria. Based in Bendigo, Shepparton or Wangaratta, you'll be part of projects that build workforce capacity, strengthen community action, and enhance access to vital health services. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact on public health outcomes while working with diverse communities across regional Victoria.
