About the Role
As a Refit Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to manage refit projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review project costs and identify areas for improvement to meet budget targets.
* Implement changes to store layouts to enhance sales performance and support business growth strategies.
* Analyze costs and budgets, then implement improvements.
* Enhance the shopping experience by executing new stores and renewals with best practices in execution, focusing on customer needs.
* Prioritize safety throughout all stages of planning and implementation.
Requirements
We're looking for an experienced professional interested in advancing their career in project management within the retail industry.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Experience working in supermarkets, preferably in groceries at a Department Manager level or similar.
* Knowledge of planograms and their application on projects.
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* A proactive approach.
* Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills.
* Interest in process improvement and innovative solutions.
