About the Role
Providing general administrative support to office staff and management
Answering phones, greeting visitors, and delivering professional customer service
Managing emails, data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assisting with scheduling, bookings, and coordinating daily office activities
Maintaining office supplies and organisation
Using business software and digital tools under supervision
Supporting a range of business functions depending on host requirements
Upholding confidentiality and workplace policies at all times
