About the Role
* Develop and implement strategies to support customers achieve sustainable employment goals.
* Coordinate and support Employment Services staff to achieve monthly KPI goals.
* Maintain and report statistics related to Employment Services to the Regional Manager.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG EMPLOYER RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
About You
* You will possess a positive attitude and strong management skills, with experience within Employment Services preferred but not essential.
* Ability to demonstrate successful outcomes and lead teams to exceed KPIs.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in training, mentoring, and coaching.
