Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cert 3 or Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, committed to creating engaging learning experiences, and able to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children.
* Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
* Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high-quality early learning program.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care are both acceptable qualifications for this position.
* Certificate III applicants with a commitment to commence Diploma
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain one.
* First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
* First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training must be completed within 6 months of commencement.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
