About This Role
The Senior Lecturer, Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality teaching in Nursing across all levels and modes.
This role is focused on leading curriculum review, renewal and design to ensure our courses remain innovative, industry-aligned and appealing to current and future student cohorts.
As an educational leader, the incumbent will champion best practice and promote the adoption of modern pedagogical principles across the College.
Key Responsibilities:

* Championing best practice and promoting modern pedagogical principles
* Fostering creativity and critical thinking through well-designed learning experiences
* Providing personalized academic support, professional guidance and career advice to students
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of pedagogical theory and modern educational practices relevant to Nursing, with a proven record of excellence in tertiary teaching.
You will also bring substantial and current clinical practice experience, supported by active registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
