We are seeking:- Housing Officers Tenancy Officer Administration Officers Finance Officers Governance and Compliance Tenancy Services Officers You must be able to step straight into a role working in a fast paced environment with minimal training. You will have to demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task with exceptional communication skills and an empathetic nature. Previous experience in community housing or property management is a must and knowledge of REST, Multi-Array and other industry specific programs will be highly regarded. Chintaro is also widely used. Many of these assignments can be long and short term and may even lead to a permanent job offering.
