The Administration Officer provides professional administrative support to the Business Manager of the Queensland Law Reform Commission and supports the Executive Director and Secretariats as required.

About The Commission
The Queensland Law Reform Commission (QLRC) is an independent statutory body established under the Law Reform Commission Act 1968.
The QLRC aims to meet the needs of the Queensland community by reviewing areas of law in need of reform and making law reform recommendations. These recommendations are based on extensive research and analysis, public consultation, and the principles of impartiality, equity and social justice.
About The Role
* Works independently and follows through on tasks with minimal direction.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
* Experience in the use of a computerised information system, including SAP financial management, electronic document management system (eDOCS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
* Behaves in an ethical, respectful and culturally sensitive manner.
