Soak Hospitality is seeking experienced Waiters to join our team.
We are a high-performing coastal venue known for quality food, strong service standards and premium catering and events. We are not a basic café. We care about how service feels.

The Role
You will be part of a professional front of house team delivering:
* Table service in a fast-paced environment
* Food and beverage service including wine and cocktails
* Event and function service (corporate and private)
* Strong guest engagement and upselling
* Clear communication with kitchen and bar
* Clean, organised and professional floor presence
We expect energy, urgency and attention to detail.
You Must Have
* Previous experience as a waiter in a busy venue
* Ability to carry multiple plates
* Understanding of sequence of service
* Wine knowledge preferred
* Strong English communication skills
* Professional presentation
* Availability to work evenings and weekends
This is not a junior role. We are looking for capable operators.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.95 – $44.81 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
