This role involves working closely with executive managers to identify and address key business challenges, developing strategic initiatives to drive growth, and ensuring the effective execution of these plans.
* 10+ years of experience in a similar HR leadership role
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field
* Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives from concept to completion
* Strong leadership and change management skills
