Alpex Industries is expanding, and we're looking for a qualified electrician with strong communication skills, solid technical capability and a professional approach to their work.

You'll work across solar, battery and general electrical projects for clients who value clear communication, trust and well-executed workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Solar PV, hybrid and battery installations
General electrical installation, upgrades and maintenance
Fault-finding in renewables and electrical systems
Interpreting drawings, specifications and compliance documents
Clear communication with clients, suppliers and other trades
Maintaining accurate job and compliance records
Upholding safety, workmanship and presentation standards
Supporting the development of apprentices when required
Minimum Requirements
These are non-negotiable:
A-Grade Electrical Licence
Current driver's licence
Strong written and verbal communication
Professional presentation and conduct
Dynamic, solutions-focused approach
Experience with PV and battery systems
Highly Desirable Qualifications
Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) – Grid-Connect Design & Install PV + Batteries
The Offer
$45–$50 per hour + super + allowances (BOC, travel, meal etc.)

4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–5:30pm)
2-days training leave per year
$1,000 annual training allowance

$1,000 relocation allowance OR up to 30 days temporary accommodation
