Job Title: Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of Pro Audio solutions.
* This role will be responsible for go-to-market strategies, vendor relationships, and channel enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop strategic plans in collaboration with Pro Audio vendors to drive business growth.
* Vendor Management: Identify opportunities and challenges, maintain strong relationships, manage claims, and ensure rebate attainment.
* Channel Enablement: Train business partners and inside sales teams, manage pricing programs, and execute demand generation initiatives.
* Sales & Marketing: Create and implement marketing campaigns, bundle solutions, and pricing strategies.
* Forecasting & Inventory: Forecast sales and stock levels, manage inventory and obsolescence.
* Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, BDMs, and stakeholders to drive business success.
* Performance Tracking: Conduct regular reviews, track metrics, and formulate improvement plans.
* Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador within the organization.
Requirements:
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft meeting rooms, unified communications, and professional audio.
* Proactive and Operationally Excellent: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional Communication: Excellent customer service skills.
* Negotiation, Problem-Solving, and Relationship-Building Abilities: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Ability to work with Microsoft tools and software.
* Attention to Detail, Multitasking, and Prioritisation Skills: High level of organisational skills.
* Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and implement process efficiencies.
