Need to have experience work in construction
Study architectural and structural drawings and write RFI in preconstruction stage
Write down scope of work as drawings
Study DA conditions in pre-construction stage
Should be able Work with online construction management software
Book inspection with council or others during construction
Create and make ready Bid Packages for Residential Construction Company
Study the Drawings and Plan and Estimate and Contract from the main Contractor and provide Scope of work for the Bid Packages
Tracking the Schedule of Projects and make sure tenders to be ready and submitted on time
review the work and History and License and Insurances from Subcontractors quoting on job
Order material and follow up for delivery during construction
report all defects left from subcontractors and send list of defects and attached photos to fix them
