An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hospitality professional to join our team in the role of **Reservations Agent/Guest Service Agent**.
**About the role**:
- We are seeking an experienced hotel or resort individual who is passionate about the industry and has excelled in group bookings, room allocation for flight crews and reservations.
- You will be responsible for coordinating the group's amendments, new bookings, invoicing and cancellations.
- Liaising very closely with a third party travel agency, you will ensure seamless service and coordination for all group bookings.
- You will also provide support to the Front office team where required.
**What we are looking for**:
- Previous experience within hotels in the same or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly and responsive attitude
- An eye for detail, possess good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Excellent presentation
- An ability to work well under pressure and be a positive representative of the hotel
