About the Opportunity

As a Sales Representative/ End user Account manager, you will be responsible for aggressively growing Milwaukee's market share across the plumbing category within your assigned territory. This highly field‐based, consultative role involves working directly with end users, partners and distributors to convert existing brand users to Milwaukee through product demonstrations, technical expertise, and strong relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive market share growth through targeted user engagement and on‐site product demonstrations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
* Proactively acquire new customers and convert existing users from competitor brands.
* Identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to drive market share growth.
* Plan efficiently and manage your territory effectively to maximise productivity.
* Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records to support planning, reporting, KPI delivery and conversion effectiveness.
* Provide regular updates on performance, activity, and opportunities to management.
* Together with the Field Sales Representatives, liaise with authorised distribution partners to create the best value for both Milwaukee and distribution partner.
* Represent the Milwaukee brand at industry events, trade days and networking opportunities.
What You Will Bring
* Trade, Field Sales or End User Sales experience.
* Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and educate users.
* Strong organisation, time management and problem‐solving capabilities.
* Experience using CRM systems (desired).
* A proactive, competitive mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
* A passion for learning and continuous development.
* Flexibility to travel overnight when required.
* Full driver's license with excellent driving record.
